During the Run to Monaco 2024 event, I co-coordinated a team of over 70 professionals, assisting with scheduling, logistics, and staff visual presentation. I was responsible for ensuring that everything ran with precision and efficiency, delivering a smooth, high-quality experience for both the participants and the organization.
I managed the staff logistics and operations for brand activations involving Etnia Barcelona and Autan at the Primavera Sound festival. My role covered end-to-end personnel management—handling client relations, schedule timings, and all operational logistics for the on-site brand ambassadors. I have also led the coordination of large-scale teams, such as more than 44 waiting staff members at Mercat de Mercats 2024, ensuring smooth operations aligned with event objectives. Additionally, I co-coordinated Tech Spirit Barcelona, a landmark event in the technology ecosystem, managing teams of over 20 personnel (hostesses/promoters, waiting staff, and setup staff) and supporting nearly 4,000 attendees at La Llotja de Mar.
During the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix 2024 at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, I co-coordinated an on-site team of over 150 sales assistants. I took charge of end-to-end staff logistics and operational management for this high-traffic event, ensuring seamless performance and team execution within an intensely high-demand environment. Thanks to our operational success, the project framework was established as a standard model and successfully replicated in subsequent editions.
During Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week 2022, I assisted with hair and makeup logistics, managing model schedules to ensure timely arrivals for hair and makeup sessions and subsequent runway shows. I coordinated the team and scheduling to guarantee smooth operations and the flawless execution of the shows.
